Carl Hoffmann has a new startup baby: ahron.ai. After co-funding Talentry and successfully selling it to Clever Connect, I had the opportunity to talk to him today about his new company. “If companies want to harness the full potential of AI, they need to completely rethink their HR processes,” Carl said during our conversation. Among other things, we discussed the following topics:
