Wie kann hybrides Lernen Azubis fit für die Zukunft machen, Sven Barufe?

In dieser Folge des AMTLICH VORAN Podcasts spreche ich mit Sven Barufe, Sachgebietsleiter Berufsausbildung bei der Mainova AG über hybrides Lernen. Sven beschäftigt sich seit mehr als 20 Jahren mit Ausbildung und verantwortet heute bei Mainova rund 140 Azubis und sechs Ausbildungsmeister. Und Mainova hat einiges vor: Das Nachwuchszentrum wird auf die dreifache Fläche erweitert, ab 2028 sollen jährlich rund 70 neue Azubis starten.

Ein Satz von Sven ist mir besonders hängen geblieben:

„Digitalisierung ersetzt nicht – Digitalisierung gibt uns Zeit und Raum, um dem Ausbilder die Möglichkeit zu geben, das zu tun, wofür er das eigentlich macht.“

Azubis setzen bei Mainova bereits Drohnen für Inspektionsflüge und Wärmebildaufnahmen ein. Ein spannendes Beispiel dafür, wie Ausbildung neue Technologien ins Unternehmen bringen und damit weit über das Nachwuchszentrum hinaus Wirkung entfalten kann.

In this episode of the AMTLICH VORAN podcast, I speak with Sven Barufe, Head of Vocational Training at Mainova AG. Sven has been involved in vocational training for more than 20 years and is currently responsible for around 140 apprentices and six training supervisors at Mainova.
