- zvoove, the German software and AI solution provider for the temporary staffing, private security, and cleaning industries, has acquired Plan4Flex, a specialized workforce management solution for the Dutch market, on the 22nd of September. The acquisition underlines zvoove’s commitment to strategic growth, innovation, and customer value creation in the Dutch market and beyond. zvoove is backed by LEA Partners. Financial details were not disclosed.
- On the 13th of October, zvoove, the leading provider of software and AI solutions for the staffing, security, and cleaning industries, has acquired adata Software, a provider of HR, accounting and inventory management software. The acquisition represents an important strategic step for zvoove’s cleaning division: In combination with fortytools, the established software for facility management companies, the integration of adata creates a unique, fully cloud-based end-to-end solution for the German market. This marks zvoove’s 4 th acquisition this year and since LEA Partner’s backing of the company. Financial details were not disclosed.
- On the 1st of October, Lightcast, a provider of labor market intelligence, announced the acquisition of Simply, a UK-based workforce analytics provider specializing in aligning organizational strategy with workforce capabilities. The Simply team will be integrated into Skill Collective, which Lightcast acquired last month. Lightcast is backed by KKR. Financial details were not disclosed.
- G&A Partners, a professional employer organization (PEO) and human resources outsourcing provider, announced on the 7th of October its acquisition of Integrity HRM and Covenant Services, two PEOs based in Texas. While both are independent entities, they operate with combined leadership, staff, office locations, and systems. The transaction will enable G&A to expand their presence in the San Antonio market and allow us to provide small and medium businesses there with more benefits and state-of-the-art HR technology. G&A Partner is owned by TPG Capital. Financial details were not disclosed.
- Criterion HCM, a provider of human capital management solutions, was acquired by publicly listed Sage Group, a firm providing accounting, financial, HR and payroll technology for SMEs, on the 6th of October. The move expands Sage’s AI powered product ecosystem, unlocking new capabilities for finance and HR teams. Criterion already integrates with Sage Intacct and Sage 300 CRE. Financial details were not disclosed.
- Learning Pool, a UK-based provider of learning technology solutions, has announced the acquisition of WorkRamp, a US-based Learning Management System (LMS) platform designed for SMB and extended enterprise use. The acquisition expands Learning Pool’s ability to serve a broader spectrum of customers by combining its enterprise-grade suite with WorkRamp’s next-generation LMS. WorkRamp will continue to operate as a core product of Learning Pool’s portfolio. Integration is supposed to align platforms, share best practices, expand support and global reach and enable joint innovation. Learning Pool is backed by Marlin Equity. Financial details were not disclosed.
- On the 9th of October, Integrata, a Finnish payroll and HR provider, has acquired Koncept HR’s payroll business. Integrata will take over Koncept’s Swedish payroll business while Koncept’s owner will continue to run other HR services independently under a new company. Integrata is looking for further European acquisitions to step up its international growth and its Swedish business. Integrata is backed by Mandatum Asset Management. Financial details were not disclosed.
- Integrata has also acquired Finnish Henkilöstötieto Paloniemi, a HR service supplier, on the 30th of September. The deal strengthens Integrata’s nationwide reach and expertise in HR and payroll solutions. Integrata is backed by Mandatum Asset Management. Financial details were not disclosed.
- Zucchetti, an Italy-based software company specializing in HR, has acquired a 100% stake in MYGO – My Governance, an Italian software company developing SaaS solutions for corporate governance. In 2024, My Governance recorded revenues of €2.1m and a net profit of €1.3 million. MYGO’s founder and CEO will stay with the company and lead the industrial integration into the Zucchetti Group.
