On the SAATKORN podcast, I speak to Dimitri Knysch, co-CEO of Cammio – almost exactly five years after his last appearance on the podcast. A lot has happened since then: in 2023, Dimitri and his co-CEO led Cammio back to independence via a management buy-out from the StepStone Group. Today, Cammio focuses primarily on asynchronous video, audio and text interviews, which enable companies to make informed selection decisions even when faced with a high volume of applications.

But our conversation goes far beyond video recruitment. At its core, it revolves around one of the most exciting questions in recruitment: just how much of the decision-making do we actually want to leave to AI? – We discussed the following topics:
