In this special episode of the ‘amtlich voran’ podcast, I speak to Stefan Wagner, Director of Portfolio Consulting at EMBRACE and co-initiator of ‘amtlich voran’. What began just a few months ago has developed rapidly: more than 20 podcast episodes published, around 40 episodes in the pipeline, webinars – and now the first ‘amtlich voran’ forum on 1 October 2026 in Berlin.
One of Stefan’s comments sums up the initiative’s next step particularly well: “This is the first time we’re actually bringing people together in person. I mean, in a real networking sense that goes beyond the virtual world.”

The first ‘amtlich voran’ forum will cover everything from recruitment and digitalisation to employer branding and young talent, right through to change management and digital learning – featuring strategic insights and concrete practical examples.
🤝 Exchange rather than a one-way lecture
The forum is deliberately not intended to be a traditional conference day: around 150 participants will be able to discuss, ask questions, network and learn from people who are already actively driving change in the public sector.
