Many companies treat implementation as the finish line. Andreas argues the opposite: the real value comes after go-live, when organizations continuously adopt new innovations, updates, and capabilities released by the platform.

Viele Unternehmen sehen das Projektende als Ziel. Andreas sagt: genau dann beginnt die eigentliche Wertschöpfung – nämlich wenn HR-Teams kontinuierlich neue Innovationen und Funktionen der Plattform nutzen und weiterentwickeln.
