HR Tech Funding Highlights for July 2026 with Jens Bender
As always in cooperation with Jens Bender from Worktech Advisory, here are the Worktech funding highlights for last month. A France- and Italy-led month, headlined by a European mega-round — Skello’s €200M growth raise, one of the largest HR Tech deals of the year. The pattern holds: frontline workforce scheduling, AI-driven skills & recruiting intelligence, and care-economy platforms all attracting capital, with AI now the default rather than the exception.
